Creativity at Christmas: VARC Artist in Residence at BMS
We were very impressed with how well pupils rose to the challenge of using natural materials to create sculptural forms such as festive wreaths, willow angels and even habitats for ceramic creatures made this term in ADT. Amidst all the traditional tinsel and glitter, this opportunity to work with VARC artist in residence, Megan Randall, made us all think about the sustainable use of low impact materials, which are also free. A special thank you must go to both VARC and Mrs Basing for organising such a memorable experience for everyone.
